My starting point of the project is comes from the Ankara map. When examining the map, solid void map has been helped to understand zonning and bounders of the Ankara. Then, it is created the main roads and district map in addition to the another map. Besides, the Ankara is divided to four main functional zones that contains education, ministry, hospital and cultural. The Çukurambar is located in intersection point of these zones. These system and organs of Ankara contribute to occur character of Çukurambar. In micro scale, gene of Çukurambar is analysed in terms of functional distribution. The functional distribution map called genes is created. The, these genes are juxtaposed and tried to understand how these genes adding to my program. When examining all these mapping analysis, all of characters and genes have been had a mutation when getting involved to my program.
Main program is generated as a health research institution center. Its generic form is comes from the YDA Center gene. YDA Center’s generic form is rectangule and it is formed with carving operation. Based on this, my building is accepted as a rectangular prism in starting point, then its healthcare and temporary accomodation is subtracted from the prism and addded to the other part of the site. Main building that is close to the YDA Center contains research laboratories, workshops, exhibition and library parts. Subtracted parts create common points for users and also connects inner and outer visually. The grid system organize the building as a whole. It squirts out in subtracted part. In negative part of the building, the grid system inverted in buildig. These out grid system creates terraces, roof gardend and gathered places for people whivh comes to meditation and therapy center.

Beginning of the analysis, I analyzed the site in macro and micro scale to understand the general character of the Çukurambar and its position in the city scale. In large scale, Ankara consists of various zones that have different character and potential ( military, education, cultural and health) and Çukurambar is located in the intersection between these zones and these zones affect and has a relation with the Çukurambar in time. Then, analyzing in deeper, Çukurambar is composed of repeating cell system. These cells composed of the different organs and it found out the gene structure of the Çukurambar. The analysed maps show that the region commonly composed of offices ( business) , commercial areas, residential areas. In this gene map, showing the domain organ of each cell and our site is affected from these genes of Çukurambar. When generating the program of my building, the repeating existing gene of Çukurambar has a mutation. They can change according to the program.
Above maps show the pedestrian and vehicular movement around of site. This analysis provides to notice that social and residential points of site. YDa center side is more accessible for people. On the other hand, the other side is calmer and isolated in the site.
After whole process, my main functional program is determined as Healthcare and Research center. The healthcare center and its accommodation is located in residential part because of that it is more quiet region of site. after the conposed the function I substracted the center of rectangular prism and create courtyard in the middle of the functions. Then, the subtracted part is the added to other side of the site a solid piece. The other operation is based on gridal structural system. In one of parts, the grid system remain in between functions. In other, the grid system does not hide and starting to establish relation with environment. With this way, the two pieces of the site does not have a relation physically, it has a connection in terms of meaning and feeling.
There two main vertical circulation and horizontal circulation is flowing in between the functions. Also, in some levels there are bridges between oppising functions.

Again and again new term is came and we started to work on a new project Emsalsiz. In this term, large-scale urban projects are to be assigned to us. we have chosen to introduce the challenges that the contemporary urban condition imposes on architecture by conceptualizing the word emsalsiz. Turkish word emsalsiz is used in two senses.
First it points to the becoming obsolete of emsal, which is originally an urban measure defined as “the ratio of the building floor area in relation to the land” (TAKS). In the recent urban transformation projects this ratio is so high and exceptional that emsal
ceases to be a measure. This is a condition “without measure” that can be coined as emsalsiz. As the congestion and scale increases the conventional architectural types and urban typologies are almost impracticable. As such it may refers to the second meaning of emsalsiz that is “without precedent”.
In architecture emsalsizlik may both point to a crisis of representation but may also be taken as a possibility for innovation and originality. As part of group work the students are asked to analyze, diagrammatize and document a newly developing urban center as a case. The site where the exercise will be performed is the area between Dumlupınar Boulevard on north, Mevlana Boulevard on east and Muhsin Tazıcıoğlu Avenue on west. The plots facing this larger area are also to be included.
